It was our first encounter with Haines Electric and I couldn’t be happier. Rich Haines is a true professional. It is still family owned and they take pride in having their name attached to the business. I’m always one to judge a contractor by his truck The Haines Electric truck was immaculate and he showed up promptly on time. Communication prior to the appointment was superb, as I received a number of text messages to confirm and was able to speak to Rich directly by phone to reschedule.
They are by no means the cheapest electrician out there, but their professionalism and attention to detail makes it all worthwhile.

I called with an electrical issue Saturday night and the electrician showed up as promised Sunday morning. He opened the panel, tested the breakers and determined that there was a break in the wiring. He patiently opened light switches, outlets and ceiling lights until he found the break. He made the repair, tested and then retested after everything was put back in place.
They now have a loyal customer in me
