My wife was so impressed with the professionalism and craftsmanship of Jacob. He was on time, knowledgeable, and was concerned about his workspace and cleaning the area. Rich Haines just left and I'm wasting no time to post this review.When the Electrician I've used a few times essentially "ghosted" me, I did a google search and found Haines Electric.Based on the overwhelming positive reviews, I called to schedule an appt for some work to be done in the house.I made the call on Friday and an appt was scheduled for today (Monday) with a time window estimate. Over the phone, Rich was courteous and provided clear pricing.Monday morning, I received several texts to not only confirm the appt but then to let me know when Rich was on his way.Rich got here and the moment he walked inside, immediately put on protective booties over his shoes. In all the years of having service appts in my house, not one person has ever done that.I walked Rich around, showing him the areas to have work done. We once again went over the pricing and he got to work.Rich was personable, friendly and did not mind answering a few questions I had.Best of all, the work comes with a 3 year guarantee.Soon as I hit "post" I'm adding Haines Electric to my phone contacts. Thanks again, Rich!

There are many reasons why this family-owned business has been around for over fifty years: reliability, promptness, quality work for a reasonable fee, and cleanliness.I was particularly impressed by the care taken by the young man I hired to swap out a ceiling light fixture. He wore shoe covers and spread a dropcloth to avoid scratching my hardwood floor. I was also advised how to update a vintage fixture I plan to use elsewhere. I will definitely be using this company again.

Haines Electric has done numerous job for me over the years. They upgrading the electrical service to my home, ran all new wiring for a kitchen remodel (ceiling lights, outlets, and under-cabinet lighting) and a finished basement. Last spring Rich and RJ ran the electrical connections and hooked up the equipment for a swim/spa in the yard, and they have serviced my generator since 2015. The quality of their work is exceptional, the final cost is always the price quoted on the estimate, and they leave the job site spotless. I highly recommend Haines Electric

I highly recommend using EH Haine electrical . The owner is very professional , honest and knowledgeable. He showed me the pricing book when we discussed the electrical work that I needed at my home. He displays integrity and made sure that the work was done efficiently. I had 3 electrical receptacles replaced & my front & side light replaced. He also fixed a receptacle that another electrician botched up and caulked around the outlet. He didn’t charge me for the revision, since I am a veteran. This company had been in business for 51 years, and I understand why. If you need electrical work done, I highly recommend that you call this company. Best service I received in a long time!

We called Haines Electric on Tuesday after the fuse for our A/C blew out. While Rich was here (first thing Wednesday morning) to get us up and running, he noticed other issues necessitating a complete fuse box replacement. Rich was direct and specific about the repair and replacement, and was back with RJ first thing on Friday morning to do complete the work. Rich and RJ were prompt, courteous, personable, efficient and clean. We could not ask for better service.

Haines Electric did such a great job for my wife and me in our first home. We needed to make some upgrades and improvements around the house, including installing new hi hats, removing and replacing hanging fixtures, installing new GFI outlets, etc. Rich & RJ did a fantastic job, were kind, neat, cleaned up after themselves, and were very responsive. They were able to start the job the day after I called them and got the entire job done in just a couple of days. They also did a safety inspection to ensure that anything else we missed was addressed. I would definitely recommend using Haines Electric for anyone.

Rich arrived on time and quickly installed three new external 15 amp outlets. He also gave us advice on the best way to make a 20 amp supply available outside the house by using the 20 amp outlets in our kitchen. This was extremely helpful advice. We had a further discussion about automatic alarm systems with a camera that could be installed using our front door bell push.This was not our first experience of this firm and we would never think of anyone else now.

During major construction on our home, we discovered that the electrical work was not executed according to the plan. With time being a major issue, we were very fortunate to be referred to Rich at Haines Electric. Rich was clearly very competent and extremely customer service oriented. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to get other electricians to return my calls, I found Haines Electric and I am thrilled with the service they provided. Rich returned my phone call, came on time to spec the job, gave me a reasonable price and promptly began the work on the agreed upon dates. His team works cleanly and efficiently. A snag was encountered during the installation that, with a less knowledgeable company, would have meant tearing out walls, Rich was able to solve with no interior damage. I have been using Rich for over a decade. HIs company is always professional, does a great job and is reasonably priced. Recently I hired him to replace 53 year old bulbs and wiring harnesses that were not working. While doing the job, his team diagnosed and fixed an electrical problem that may have resulted in a fire had they not fixed it. After redoing the outdoor lights, it is better than ever. The outside is better lite then it has been in the past, uses less electricity with new bulb technology and is better insulated against the weather and insects. I highly recommend Rich's company.
